  To reset your 3Com 3102 phone, you’ll need to boot the phone up. After the phone boots with the software version, press the programming button in the top right corner of the phone (This is the button with a white circle). This post will walk you the steps to factory reset your Netgear GS724TP switch and access the web based GUI to program the switch.
