Mitel 5330 IP Phone Description:
The Mitel IP 5330 is an IP phone designed with powerful features in mind. The highlight of this full featured enterprise phone is the Mitel 5330's graphical display. 24 programmable self labeling keys line the side of the display, allowing for the unique ability to rename and quickly change a large number of line or call appearances. The Mitel IP 5330 supports wideband audio in addition to a full duplex speakerphone.
The Mitel IP 5330 has 3 context sensitive keys in addition to 12 fixed function keys. Familiar function keys such as Menu, Message, Speaker, Hold, Transfer, and Mute are all available. The Mitel IP 5330 supports 802.3af power over Ethernet.
Backlit vs Non-Backlit: The Mitel 5330 comes in two variants, backlit and non-backlit. The backlit model is part number is 50005804 and the non-backlit model part number is 50005070. There are no other differences between these two variants.

How can we reset a pin
The PIN is set on the system and not the phone itself. If you see a message asking for the PIN, you must reach out to your technician/admin to retrieve it. All the phones we sell are already factory reset, so trying to factory reset the phone again will not bypass this message.
