3Com NBX 3102 3C10402A IP Phone Description:

The 3Com NBX 3102 (3C10402A) is an IP phone designed by 3Com. The 3Com 3102 is purpose built for use with 3Com phone systems such as the NBX 100. As an IP phone, the NBX 3102 supports a wealth of features including power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af). Phones can be powered through a PoE switch or a local power supply.

The 3102A has 18 programmable buttons that can be configured to a user's needs such as lines, call appearances, extensions, or other feature keys as needed. A speakerphone built into the phone allows customers to easily communicate handsfree.  The 3Com NBX 3102 is SIP compliant.

The 3Com 3102A is designed for older NBX software greater than 4.2 but less than version 5.0.23. We recommend users switch to the 3Com 3102B (3C10402B) if they have a newer version of software.
