RMA / Returns Form

We're sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it. We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase.  If you simply no longer want the product or purchased the wrong item you will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Please complete the Refurbished Phone Exchange RMA form with as much detail as possible and the RMA department will contact you on how to return your product.
