Avaya Lucent DSS Console Description:

The Avaya Lucent 26B1-B-003 is a direct station selector, commonly referred to as a DSS console.  This Avaya Lucent DSS console has a total of 120 programmable keys which can be used to program extensions and groups.  One hundred of these keys are used for programming extensions, while the remaining twenty are used for programming groups.  The group keys are used so multiple phones ring at once, for example the "Sales" or "Customer Support" departments rather than an individual/single employee.
