The Vertical 9830 belongs to the Edge series of IP phones and has some impressive features for the Wave IP solution.  Utilizing a desi-less design (fancy term for no paper and plastic desis), the Vertical Edge 9830 can utilize up to sixteen programmable buttons.  The Edge 9830 also has an integrated Gigabit Ethernet switch, a speakerphone, headset port, and more.
