Avaya 5420 Digital Phone Description:

The Avaya 5420 is the digital phone version of Avaya's standard IP Office deskphone and goes by two part numbers, 700381627 and 700339823. The Avaya 5420 runs off of a digital line cord instead of newer VoIP technology. The Avaya 5420 provides 8 keys along with a large display that labels the keys. A message waiting light is provided at the top of the phone that alerts to the phone ringing and voicemails. A phone book is built into the phone along with a headset port and a full duplex speakerphone. Additional fixed feature keys are included with the phone such as hold, transfer, conference, drop, and redial. The Avaya 5420 is the executive level version of the Avaya 5410 digital phone.
