Dell PowerConnect M6348 Description:

The Dell PowerConnect M6348 is a 48 port blade switch designed to support blade servers. The M6348 features 32 internal Gigabit Ethernet server ports for built in redundancy. A total of 16 blade servers can be connected to a single M6348. In addition 16 external Gigabit Ethernet ports are available for connecting to other devices on a network. The M6348 supports 10GE uplinking through SFP+ or CX4 connections.

The Dell M6348 supports stacking. Up to 12 M6348 blad switches can be stacked together.
