The Altigen Triton Alti-TTRS-12 is a twelve port resource card or module designed for the Altigen AltiContact Center and AltiContact Manager systems.  The Alti-TTRS-12 provides a unique set of features which is perfect for call centers and managers who need to monitor phone calls by their employees.  This Altigen module supports two important features, silent monitoring and call barge-in.  Silent mode does exactly what you would expect it to do, silently monitor phone calls for performance reviews and training purposes.  Call barge-in allows you to actually take over a phone call, or "barge in" while you are in silent mode.
