Cisco 7942G IP Phone Description:

Based on the Cisco 7941G, the Cisco 7942G is an upgraded phone with new key features. The 7942G offers support for high-fidelity wideband audio for IP based calls. In addition, the 7942G offers support for the Internet Low Bitrate Codec (ILBC) for networks with limited bandwith. A newer, higher resolution screen is now also standard in the CP-7942G compared to the phone's predecessors.

The Cisco 7942G offers a pair of programmable line or feature keys along with an addition four soft keys for additional functions and menu navigation. An integrated 10/100 Ethernet switch allows the phone to share the same network drop as your computer.
