The Allworx 9224 is a VoIP phone designed to work on Allworx phone systems. The most powerful phone offered by Allworx, the IP 9224 is a high end phone that offers a backlit graphical display. With 24 programmable buttons, the Allworx 9224 can be expanded with a Tx 92/24 expander units to accept up to 96 programmable buttons. An Allworx 9224 is a perfect executive, administrative assistant, or receptionist phone for those who need access to many lines at once. The Allworx 9224 can either be run using a PoE (power over Ethernet) switch or through a power supply.

When these phones are refurbished, is it just the plastic and cosmetics or is it internal components?
Only the plastics and cosmetics. We're Allworx resellers so the phones are thoroughly tested. If a phone component was defective on the board we would not reuse/refurbish. Hope this helps Jim
