HP 2650 Procurve Switch J4899B Description:

The HP 2650 is a large enterprise grade stackable Ethernet switch. The 2650 has 48 ports 10/100 Ethernet built into the switch, with an additional 2 dual personality (Ethernet / SFP+) 1000 speed ports. These 50 ports allow for a broad and diverse network configuration. The J4899B is a 19" wide, 1U tall switch that fits in standard racks with the included rack mounting hardware. The HP 2650 is a layer two, managed switch. The HP J4899B supports a switching capacity of 13.6 Gbps, has 8MB of flash-ram, and 32 MB of SDRAM. The J4899B can support up to 8,000 MAC addresses. The HP J4899B can support network VLANs for network segmentation. The switch has activity lights that alert users to the status of each physical port on the switch.
