Nortel Norstar CAP Description:

The Nortel Norstar CAP, or central answering position, is a module that connects to a Norstar M7324 model telephone and provides 48 additional memory buttons. The Nortel NT8B41FA can be used to show a busy or idle status for up to 48 more sets, as well as to program system features or autodial numbers. The Nortel NT8B41FA is ideal for administrative assistants, receptionists, and other centralized call answering personnel. Up to two NT8B41FA CAP modules can be added to any M7324 set. A terminal with one or two modules can be assigned enhanced CAP status which allows the CAP(s) to support line appearances. The Compact ICS supports one enhanced CAP position. SAP (Station auxilliary power) required to power the KLM is included.
