Plantronics Vista M12 Description:

The Plantronics Vista M12 is an amplifier designed for Plantronics H series headsets.  An amplifier is required for the H series headsets because they provide functionality such as volume adjustments and more.  Without an amplifier, your headset would not work.  The Vista M12 (43596-24) plugs directly into your phone's handset port, you then plug your headset and handset into the M12 amplifier.  The Vista M12 is also great for those phones which do not have a headset port because the amplifier adds headset functionality.
