The Adtran 1181402L1 is a 4 port DSX ATM card designed for the Total Access 3000 system. The 1181402L1is a plug in card that provides control functions for individual access modules. This voice interface card fits into open slots on the Adtran TA3000 chassis. The 1181402L1 interfaces with a cell switch module or a TSI Multiplexer. The 1181402L1 automatically will switch between available MUX cards upon failure of one of the MUX modules.
