Dell PowerConnect 3424P Description:

The Dell PowerConnect 3424P is a twenty four port Fast Ethernet (10/100 Mbps) switch, 1U in size and utilizing a metal rack mountable chassis.  The 3424P is stackable, but most importantly it's a PoE switch.  This Power over Ethernet 802.3af compliant switch is perfect for powering VoIP phones and many other devices.  The Dell name ensures you're receiving a quality unit, and as mentioned before the 3424P is stackable via the dual combo ports.  Depending on your environment, you can either utilize the SFP fiber ports or the Gigabit Ethernet ports.
