The Dell PowerConnect 8024 is a very power switch that features 10GBase-T speeds (100/1,000/10,000 Mbps).  The speeds of the 8024 are perfectly designed for connecting additional networking equipment where you cannot sacrifice network speed.  This PowerConnect switch comes with twenty four RJ-45 Ethernet ports, as well as four SFP combo ports.  The Dell PowerConnect 8024 has a 480 Gbps switching fabric along with a 32,000 MAC address table.  The Dell 8024 is rack mountable and has a durable 1U metal chassis.
