The Dell Networking N3048P is a switch designed for enterprise solutions, and/or those who demand the highest performance for their business.  The Dell N3048P is great for your VoIP needs because of the PoE+ capabilities.  This Dell Networking switch features forty eight ports operating at Gigabit (10 /100 /1000 Mbps) speeds.  Best of all, PoE / PoE+ power is supplied via all forty eight ports, allowing you to power your 802.3af / 802.3at devices with a 30.8 Watt max output.  The Dell Networking N3048P has two dedicated SFP+ fiber ports which are used to stacking or linking additional networking equipment.  The two dedicated SFP+ fiber ports operate at speeds of 10GbE allowing you to maintain optimal performance throughout your network.

In addition to the forty eight Gigabit Ethernet ports, the two dedicated SFP+ ports, and the PoE / PoE+ power capabilities, the N3048P also features dual combo SFP or Gigabit Ethernet ports.  Having the capability of choosing SFP or GbE depending on your deployment gives you the freedom to decide what is best for your business.  Additional important aspects of the N3048P include a single RJ45 console port, a single OOB management port, a single USB configuration port, and of course Layer 2 and Layer 3 capabilities.
