Dell PowerConnect 6224 Description:

The PowerConnect 6224 is a powerful networking switch with advanced routing capabilities. This layer 3 switch is a Gigabit speed switch that provides 10/100/1000 speed to all 24 ports. Four of the ports are combo ports providing either standard Base-T Ethernet or GbE SFP connections.

The dell PowerConnect 6224 has a switch fabric capicity of 136 Gbps, making for ultra fast switch capabilities when stacked. In addition, features such as broadcast storm control, port mirroring, iSCSI autoconfiguration, and auto MDI/MDIX all come standard.

The Dell PowerConnect 6224 is capable of being stacking through an optional stacking module in the rear of the chassis. A Dell 6224 Stacking Bundle is available at a reduced price.
