Factory Reset Your 3Com NBX 3102 IP Phone

  To reset your 3Com 3102 phone, you’ll need to boot the phone up. After the phone boots with the software version, press the programming button in the top right corner of the phone (This is the button with a white circle). You’ll want to scroll down to option 6 and select advanced settings. If prompted for a password, the default password for the 3102 IP phone is 1234#.
