To reset your 3Com 3102 phone, you’ll need to boot the phone up. After the phone boots with the software version, press the programming button in the top right corner of the phone (This is the button with a white circle). You’ll want to scroll down to option 6 and select advanced settings. If prompted for a password, the default password for the 3102 IP phone is 1234#. This post will walk you the steps to factory reset your Netgear GS724TP switch and access the web based GUI to program the switch. If you do not know the login information or IP address of the switch, the first step to configure the Netgear GS724TP will be to factory default the unit.
